Coach Carrie will provide a specialized training plan, plus a weekly virtual meeting. Additional support is provided via email to discuss and revise the training plan as needed. Also provided: race support, guidance for strength training, balance training, and injury avoidance.

I offer fun, motivating group training programs that run 6, 8, 10, or 12 week sessions - perfect for getting race ready or simply getting moving. Whether you prefer virtual or in-person high-fives, I've got you covered. Minimum group size may apply, but the more, the merrier! You can even join one of my regularly scheduled group training sessions and jump right into the action.
