This is where it all begins
Perhaps you are at the very beginning of your fitness or running journey. That is an incredible place to be, because it starts with putting one foot in front of the other. Likely, you can already do that. If you can run 10 steps and walk 30 steps, you are on your way to becoming a runner. Eventually you'll gain both distance and speed. You will understand how strength training, balance training, and nutrition all impact your ability to walk and run. A coach can help you do that.
